OUR MISSION
HOPE TRANSFORMATION CENTER aims to reduce poverty, improve food security, and boost household incomes for smallholder farmers, women, and youth in Bungoma County, Kenya.
OUR CAUSE
We will improve agricultural productivity and incomes sustainably:
Improving access to agricultural resources.
Developing production, business, and entrepreneurship skills.
Supporting rural finance and market connections.
Strengthening Producer Associations and skills of farming groups.
OUR IMPACT
This project will increase agricultural productivity and incomes on a large scale, benefiting farmers, processors and consumers, while also creating new job opportunities specifically for women and youths.
Monthly meetingsin villages throughout the year discuss different topics embedded in sustainable development projects and also address challenges of poverty, climate change and unemployment.We use technology to encourage youth to get involved in the community projects and to innovate new methods of problem solving.
